The most important cosmetics fair in Iran, Iran Beauty & Clean, will take place from 4th to 7th May in Tehran.
About 30,000 attendees and 370 exhibitors from 15 different countries are expected. Italian Fair Service is organizing the participation of Italian and European companies at the fair.
Iran is one of the most interesting markets for the beauty sector, especially considering the future prospects. The country, located in a strategic geographical position, at the center of the trade routes between the Middle East, Europe and Africa, has an average age population of about 30 (women between 20 and 40 are 15 million).
In the cosmetics sector, Iran is the second largest market in the Gulf (after Saudi Arabia) and is the 7th worldwide. Current demand is estimated at around 30 million consumers.
Among the products most sought after by local consumers are, in line of importance, hair and skin care products, perfumes, cosmetics for eyes and make-up, nail polishes and prestige products, in addition to the growing development of the local industry, in search of raw materials, packaging and filling machinery.
