Italian Fair Service helps companies make the most of every funding opportunity, often including non-repayable grants, made available by institutions, supporting clients through consultancy in the development and management of projects all the way to final reporting.
Many of the tools listed on this page can be used to support participation in the international and specialized trade fairs promoted by Italian Fair Service in Italy and abroad, helping to cover the costs of exhibition stands, services, communication and internationalization activities.

Regional and national calls
A selection of calls promoted by Regions, regional agencies and national bodies which, depending on their specific conditions, may support the participation of Italian companies in international and specialized trade fairs where Italian Fair Service organizes collective or individual participation.
Public call for Umbrian SMEs for internationalization projects involving participation in international trade fairs during the period 01/04/2025 – 31/03/2026, including collective participation.
Beneficiaries: SMEs based in Umbria.
Grants to support small and medium-sized companies in Lazio in their internationalization paths, with particular attention to participation in international trade fairs and promotional activities in foreign markets.
Beneficiaries: SMEs based in Lazio.
Measure aimed at facilitating access for Tuscan companies to foreign markets, including through participation in international trade fairs and targeted promotional initiatives in key target markets.
Beneficiaries: SMEs based in Tuscany.
