We are proud to announce the participation of 147 Italian companies at the fifth edition of the prestigious Beauty Istanbul fair, which will be held in the city’s Taksim district from 2 to 4 October 2024. This extraordinary Italian presence is made possible thanks to the joint support of the ICE Agency, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI) and the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy.
The ICE Agency, responsible for the promotion and internationalization of Italian companies, has organized a collective national participation that underlines the importance of this event for the cosmetics and beauty sector. Beauty Istanbul confirms itself as an unmissable event for Italian companies that want to exploit the opportunities offered by a rapidly growing market such as the Turkish one, where the cosmetics sector records an annual growth rate of 10%.
Turkey represents a strategic market, characterized by a growing demand for natural and organic products. Currently, only 10% of cosmetic products sold in Turkey are locally produced, while the rest are imported. Among cosmetic imports, Italy ranks fifth with a value of 94 million euros, representing 6% of the market. The presence of 147 Italian companies at Beauty Istanbul 2024 represents a unique opportunity to promote Made in Italy and consolidate our position among the main suppliers of cosmetics in Turkey and all over the world.
