From 3 to 7 June 2025, Thessaloniki will be the European capital of the exhibition industry, hosting the special edition of the UFI European Events Week, a reference event at continental level organized by UFI – The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry. The event will take place at the TIF-HELEXPO SA exhibition center and will bring together the main international players in the sector on the occasion of the double centenary of UFI and of the Greek exhibition organization itself.
Italian Fair Service will take part in the event represented by Nicolò Costanzo, Managing Director, reaffirming its presence within the most strategic European circuits for the exhibition sector. The participation represents a further confirmation of the dynamic role that the company plays in the development of new synergies between operators, institutions and territories.
The format of the 2025 edition includes a week full of professional appointments and moments of thematic analysis. The main events scheduled include the Leadership Insight Series and the Event Directors Summit, scheduled for June 4, followed by the traditional UFI European Conference, which will be held on June 5 and 6. The program will be enriched by networking opportunities and guided tours to discover the city and its surroundings on June 7.
Thessaloniki, the second most important city in Greece, with its thousand-year history, cultural liveliness and strategic geographical position, represents the ideal setting to encourage discussion between the main players in the international exhibition industry. During the UFI European Events Week, the challenges of the sector will be addressed and the most innovative best practices will be shared on key issues such as sustainability, digitalization, diversity & inclusion and growth strategies in global markets.
