The official calendar of International Trade Fairs, published by the Ministry of Economy of Spain, includes 39 fairs organized by IFEMA MADRID for 2024, as well as 6 organized by external operators which will be held at the facilities of the same exhibition centre.
In total, there will be 45 international fairs that will take place at IFEMA MADRID facilities over the course of the year, out of a total of 102 events of this type that will take place throughout Spain.
Madrid plays a leading role in the calendar, with the largest number of international fairs, representing 44% of the market share, followed by the provinces of Barcelona (22%), Valencia (13%), Vizcaya (5%), Seville, Ourense and Pontevedra (3%), Valladolid, Alicante and Zaragoza (2%), and Málaga and Lleida (1%).
In 2024, Promogift, the International Promotional Gift Exhibition, will be the first international fair organized by IFEMA MADRID, followed by other important events, including FITUR, Genera, INTERGIFT, BISUTEX, MADRIDJOYA, MOMAD, MBFWMadrid, InterSICOP, SICUR, ARCOmadrid, AULA, International Post-Graduate and Continuing Education Exhibition, RED+ INTERDIDAC Congress, Iberzoo+ Propet, Expodental, Expofranquicia, Expoóptica, Madrid Más Moto, Organic Food Iberia and Eco Living Iberia, SRR, TECMA, GREX World Congress, Fruit Attraction , Salón Look, FIAA, Feriarte, SIMO Edudación, and the building and construction industry shows that make up the International Construction Week.
