Tools to take part in trade fairs promoted by Italian Fair Service
To stay competitive in increasingly complex markets, companies need greater and greater financial resources, in order to develop winning and innovative business models in both the domestic and international arena.
Italian Fair Service helps companies make the most of the funding opportunities (often including non-repayable grants) offered by institutions, supporting clients through consultancy in project drafting and management all the way to final reporting.
Many of the measures listed on this page can be used to support participation in international and specialised trade fairs promoted by Italian Fair Service in Italy and abroad, helping cover stand costs, services, communication and internationalisation activities.

Regional and national calls
A selection of calls promoted by Regions, regional agencies and national bodies that—depending on the specific terms—can support Italian companies taking part in international and specialised trade fairs where Italian Fair Service organises group pavilions or individual presences.
Public call for Umbrian SMEs for internationalisation projects including participation in international trade fairs in the period 01/04/2025 – 31/03/2026, also in collective form.
Eligible: SMEs headquartered in Umbria.
Grants to support Lazio-based SMEs in their internationalisation pathways, with specific attention to participation in international trade fairs and promotional activities in foreign markets.
Eligible: SMEs headquartered in Lazio.
Measure aimed at helping Tuscan companies access foreign markets, also through participation in international trade fairs and targeted promotional initiatives in key target markets.
Eligible: SMEs headquartered in Tuscany.

Chambers of Commerce and local authority calls
Many Chambers of Commerce and their special agencies provide grants for participation in trade fairs in Italy and abroad, as well as vouchers for export-related services. Below is a selection ordered by reference year, with emphasis on measures dedicated to 2026.
Non-repayable grants to support Umbria companies’ participation in trade fairs in Italy and abroad during 2026, with specific attention to internationally relevant events.
